Q. What kind of cars do you restore?
A. Everything from "Brass Era" to muscle cars of the late 70's, Rolls Royce to Ferrari, GM to Ford and everything in between.

Q. Do you refinish the interiors?
A. We send out most interior work, unless there are painted pieces. You can use a interior shop of your own choosing or a shop that we recommend.

Q. How long does it take to restore a vehicle?
A. This varies, there are a number of factors. The condition of the car when we receive it, the extent of the restoration and yes, the cost.

Q. How will this be billed to me?
A. Our billing is sent out every week with a description of what work was performed and materials purchased. Photos on your vehicle's progress will also be sent or e-mailed.

Q. Is my car worth it?
A.  If you are buying the vehicle for an investment, we will evaluate the vehicle and give an honest answer on weather or not to proceed.

Q. Do you do the plating?
A.   No, the plating is also sent out to be stripped. After its stripped it is sent back to us for straightening (if needed) then back for plating.

Q. What is involved in a frame off restoration?
A. A frame off restoration is when the motor, suspension, rear axle, exhaust, brake/fuel lines, brakes, trans, hood, front fenders, doors, interior and trunk lid are removed.  The doors of the vehicle are braced and the body Is then placed on a body cart, as shown in picture num1.
The frame is then bolted to what is called a rotisserie, which gives us a 360 degree access to the frame, as shown in the picture num2.

The frame is then cleaned, sand blasted, painted and re-assembled. Once the frame is complete it is removed from the Rotisserie. The body is placed on the rotisserie which gives us 180 degree access to the bottom of the car.  From there it can be cleaned, repairs made to the underside etc. then the bottom sand blasted and primed ready for any body work that may need to be done, as seen here in pictures   num3&num4.

From there all the finish work is done and bottom side can be painted then the body and chassis are reunited and the rest of the
Vehicle is completed.

Q. What's a rotisserie restoration?
A. A rotisserie restoration is done on a car that has no frame, or a unibody car. The body of the car is put on the rotisserie so that the bottom of the car may be accessed. This is not only makes it easier for us to work on the underside of the car,  but also more efficient. Basically, it is a frame off restoration without the frame.

Q. What is a cosmetic restoration?
A. A cosmetic restoration is not as detailed as a frame off or rotisserie restoration. The car is stripped to bare metal, all of the old repair work is removed,  I.E, , patches. Any rust is removed and any holes are cut out. New replacement panels are fabricated and butt welded in. from there the  filler is applied, the primers are applied and sanded, as  necessary . The vehicle is painted, color sanded to a flat smooth surface and buffed to a high gloss.
